The Fire Safety Order needs to be revised according to a manifesto published by BWF-Certifire. This follows an incident where a female died in a building fire and once the investigation had taken place, it was found that no one could be identified as a “responsible person” – an individual that would be in charge of conducting and acting on fire risk assessments.
